King Ranch Chicken!

Here's my King Ranch Chicken right out of the oven! :) It turned out really good.....but of course not as good as Mom makes!

For one of my Education classes, we were given a word at the beginning of the semester, which we will use throughout the course. My group's word was Joy. Everyone had to use their word to create an image representation of what that word means to them. I chose Christmas with family.
